On December 11, 2019, the Michigan Supreme Court issued an order regarding the case involving Edward James Tyson as the plaintiff-appellant against defendants David Clarence Dawkins and Unthank, LLC, doing business as B.S. Co. The Court reviewed the application for leave to appeal an order from the Court of Appeals dated May 22, 2019. Instead of granting leave to appeal, the Supreme Court remanded the case back to the Court of Appeals for further consideration as if leave had been granted. Larry S. Royster, the Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court, certified the order as a true and complete copy.
