Peggy Pierce has filed an interlocutory appeal regarding the trial court's denial of her Anti-SLAPP Motion to Dismiss in the case against Gary T. Brock, M.D. and Gary T. Brock, M.D. P.A. The trial court clerk informed the appellate court on November 2, 2018, that the clerk’s record was complete, but Pierce had not arranged payment for its preparation.
