The Court of Appeals for the Second Appellate District of Texas addressed the case involving appellants Anthony A. Rieder, Ed Rapee III, and Cadbury Solutions, LLC, against appellees Alan Meeker and CQuentia, LLC, along with appellant Kenny Woods. The court reviewed the trial court’s judgment and identified errors. The judgment was partially affirmed and reversed:

1. The court reversed the trial court’s decision that granted the special appearance of Rieder, Rapee, and Cadbury, thereby dismissing Woods’s claims against them.
2. The court affirmed the denial of Rieder, Rapee, and Cadbury’s special appearance and forum non conveniens motion concerning Meeker’s and CQuentia’s claims.

The case was remanded to the trial court for further proceedings in accordance with this opinion. All parties were ordered to bear their own costs for the appeal. The opinion was delivered by Justice Sue Walker.
