Appellant Denton Transitional LTCH, L.P. d/b/a Integrity Transitional Hospital failed to file its brief in compliance with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.6(a). On May 4, 2018, the court notified the appellant of this failure and warned that the appeal could be dismissed for want of prosecution unless a brief and a reasonable explanation for the delay were filed within ten days. The appellant did not respond. Consequently, the court dismissed the appeal for want of prosecution, ordering the appellant to pay all costs associated with the appeal. The judgment was delivered on June 14, 2018, by a panel including Judges Pittman, Sudderth, and Birdwell.
