Jason Mark Sims is temporarily suspended from practicing law in Maryland as ordered by the Court of Appeals of Maryland. This decision follows the Petition for Disciplinary or Remedial Action filed against him, in accordance with Maryland Rules 19-721(a)(2) and 19-738. The suspension is effective immediately and will remain until further notice from the Court. The Clerk of the Court is instructed to remove Sims' name from the register of attorneys and to notify the Trustees of the Client Protection Fund of the Bar of Maryland, as well as all Clerks of judicial tribunals in the state, in compliance with Maryland Rule 19-761(b). The order was issued on March 23, 2018, by Senior Judge Clayton Greene Jr.
