On September 29, 2017, the Court of Appeals for the 12th District of Texas reviewed the appeal of Eric Michael Shinn (Appellant) against the State of Texas (Appellee) concerning trial court no. 2017-0110. The appellate court concluded that the appeal should be dismissed after considering the appellate record.
