The Superior Court of Pennsylvania vacated the prior judgment against Angela Marinucci following a Supreme Court order that required reconsideration in light of the precedent set in *Commonwealth v. Batts*, 163 A.3d 410 (Pa. 2017). The court determined that Marinucci's sentence was unconstitutional under the Eighth Amendment, categorizing it as illegal.
