Original Court Document: View Document
On August 13, 2015, the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas issued an order regarding the appeal of Robert Monte Prichard against the State of Texas. The State had submitted a second motion for an extension of time to file its brief, dated August 11, 2015. However, the motion was denied because the State did not submit a brief along with the request. The Court ordered the State to file its brief by August 26, 2015, warning that failure to comply would result in the appeal being submitted without the State's brief. The order was signed by Justice Lana Myers.
