Citation: Not availableDocket: WR-17,912-05
Court: Court of Appeals of Texas; June 11, 2015; Texas; State Appellate Court
Original Court Document: View Document
Randy George Wargo applied to the court to address his conviction. The evidence presented established that he has completed his sentence. However, he did not demonstrate any ongoing collateral consequences stemming from his conviction. Consequently, the court recommended that Wargo's application be dismissed as discharged. The court ordered the Clerk to file these findings and send them, along with the Writ Transcript, to the Clerk of the Court of Criminal Appeals as mandated by law. Additionally, the Clerk was instructed to provide a copy of the court's findings to Wargo at his address in the TDCJ-ID system and to the post-conviction section of the Criminal District Attorney's Office. The order was signed and entered by the presiding judge on May 27, 2015.
