On July 1, 2015, the Court of Appeals directed the trial court to determine whether appellant Joshua Dixon wishes to continue with his appeal (case number 05-15-00357-CR). As of the date of this correspondence, the Court has not received the trial court’s findings. The Clerk, Lisa Matz, requests an update on the status of these findings within ten days of the letter dated August 6, 2015.
