At the Court of Appeals for the Tenth District of Texas, on January 1, 2016, Chief Justice Tom Gray and Justices Rex D. Davis and Al Scoggins presided over case No. 10-16-00265-CV involving Sunset Logistics, Inc., John Glidewell, and Charles Axmacher. On September 21, 2016, the court addressed a motion by the Relators to dismiss the Petition for Writ of Mandamus. The court granted this motion, resulting in the dismissal of the Petition. Additionally, the court ordered that the Relators, Sunset Logistics, Inc., John Glidewell, and Charles Axmacher, are responsible for all costs incurred in this matter.
