The Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas, in case No. 05-16-00753-CV, conditionally granted Sonia Alvarez's petition for writ of mandamus. The court ordered the trial judge to approve Alvarez's amended motion to transfer the SAPCR (Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship) to Collin County within ten days.
