An order from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania amends Rule 1915.4-4 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure, effective January 1, 2016. This amendment follows the recommendation of the Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee and was subject to public comment as published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on April 4, 2015. The changes to the rule are indicated by bold and underlined text for additions and bold brackets for deletions. The order is processed according to Pa.R.J.A. No. 103(b).
