Original Court Document: View Document
Ronald Castillo petitioned the Court of Appeals for a writ of mandamus to compel the trial court to vacate its orders denying his motions to compel the production of mental health records for the plaintiff, J.L.K. The trial court had previously denied Castillo's requests on April 16, 2012, and June 7, 2012, which sought access to these records as part of the underlying case, Jennene Kemp, et al. v. Ronald Castillo, et al. The appellate court ultimately denied Castillo's petition for writ of mandamus and dismissed any pending motions as moot. The opinion was issued by a panel consisting of Justices Keyes, Massengale, and Brown.
