Steven Aviles appeals his conviction for possession of marijuana. However, he, his attorney, and the trial court judge signed a waiver of the right to appeal, which explicitly states that Aviles withdraws his Notice of Appeal and abandons his right to appeal following his conviction. The court provided Aviles with an opportunity to obtain an amended certification necessary for the appeal, but no such certification was submitted within the allotted time. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed in accordance with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 25.2(d). The ruling is issued per curiam and is not to be published.
