Appellants Pablo Sanchez and Church of God the Apostolic Faith Latin Conference, Inc. appealed a judgment from the 139th District Court of Hidalgo County. The appeal was abated on April 28, 2011, for mediation. Subsequently, the appellants filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal, citing that the trial court granted a new trial. The Court reinstated the case, reviewed the motion, and granted the dismissal. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed, with costs taxed against the appellants as per Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(d). The Court will not entertain any motion for rehearing following the dismissal, and its mandate will issue immediately. The memorandum opinion was delivered on May 26, 2011.
