Appellants Wells Fargo Advisors and Howard Lott failed to file their brief as required by Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.6(a). On January 22, 2013, the court notified them of this failure and indicated that the appeal could be dismissed for want of prosecution unless a response was filed within ten days to show grounds for continuing the appeal. No response was received from the appellants. Consequently, the court dismissed the appeal for want of prosecution, directing that the appellants pay all costs associated with the appeal, which would be enforced through execution. The decision was rendered by a panel consisting of Justices Gabriel, Livingston, and Dauphinot on April 4, 2013.
