On July 29, 2014, the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas at Dallas addressed the motion by certified court reporter Tonya Lebo for an extension of time to file the reporter’s record in the case of Collin Central Appraisal District v. Collin Creek Mall, LLC. The Court acknowledged that three court reporters were involved in the record for this appeal and officially added Tonya Lebo as a court reporter for the case. The motion was granted, establishing a deadline for the reporter's record to be filed by September 2, 2014.
