The Fourteenth Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal in the case of Leopold Malochowitsch v. Expo Motorcars, L.P., Expo Holdings, L.P., and Expo Motorcars, L.L.C., under cause number 14-11-00486-CV, with a memorandum opinion filed on January 10, 2012. This appeal was an attempt to contest a judgment from May 17, 2010. An earlier appeal regarding the same judgment was dismissed on December 30, 2010, due to the absence of a timely notice of appeal. Notification of the court's intent to dismiss the current appeal for lack of jurisdiction was sent to all parties on October 5, 2011. The appellant's response did not establish the court's jurisdiction. Consequently, the appeal was dismissed. The panel included Justices Seymore, Boyce, and Christopher.
