The Fourteenth Court of Appeals has ruled on the appeal case between Ballard Exploration Company, Inc. and Gordy Oil Company (Appellants) versus MRA Northeast, L.P. and FRM/MRA Holdings #1, Ltd. (Appellees). The court heard the Appellants' motion to dismiss the appeal from a judgment dated August 5, 2011, and found the motion to be valid.
