Continental Homes of Texas, L.P. filed a motion to dismiss its appeal in the case against Theresa Morin, Mark Morin, Trisha Robles, and Del’s Nursery Landscape, Ltd. The motion included a certificate of conference indicating that Del’s Landscaping, Inc. does not oppose the dismissal. The Court of Appeals for the Seventh District of Texas granted the motion to dismiss the appeal without addressing the merits of the case, in accordance with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(1)(2).
