Appellants Shawn Fuller and D. S Mobile Home Center, Inc. appealed the trial court's judgment from December 16, 2005. The Court of Appeals for the Seventh District of Texas dismissed the appeal due to the appellants' failure to file a brief or a motion for an extension by the September 11, 2006 deadline.
