Relators Mid-Century Insurance Company and Farmers Insurance Exchange filed a petition for a writ of mandamus. The Court of Appeals for the Second District of Texas reviewed the petition and determined that the requested relief should be denied. As a result, the relators are responsible for covering all costs associated with this original proceeding, and execution for these costs will be issued.
