The Court of Appeals for the Second District of Texas has granted a joint motion for partial dismissal of an appeal in the case ABN AMRO Mortgage Group v. TCB Farm and Ranchland Investments. The appeal concerns appellees Genesis Tax Loan Services, Inc. and M. Suzanne Frossard, who do not oppose the motion to dismiss.
