Rhonda Bryant, the appellant in the case involving the minor children F.B., S.B., and K.B., failed to timely file a necessary brief for her appeal in the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas. Despite being notified that the appeal could be dismissed due to this failure, she did not provide an adequate response. Consequently, the court dismissed the appeal for want of prosecution, citing the rules that govern the filing of briefs and the procedures for involuntary dismissal. All pending motions related to the case were denied. The opinion was issued by a panel consisting of Justices Nuchia, Jennings, and Higley.
