The Michigan Supreme Court has denied the application for leave to appeal the November 15, 2013 order of the Court of Appeals in the case of People of the State of Michigan v. Lisa Lynn Gerard. The Court found no compelling reason to review the question presented in the appeal. The order was entered on April 28, 2014, by Chief Justice Robert P. Young, Jr., along with Justices Cavanagh, Markman, Kelly, Zahra, and McCormack. The Clerk of the Court, Larry S. Royster, certified the accuracy of this order.
