Appellants Frank A. Lumsden, Stephanie Lumsden Cabaniss, and Carole Kay Lumsden filed a motion to dismiss their appeal in the case against Liberty Mutual Insurance, identified as Settlement No. 12-01-00296-CV, before the Twelfth Court of Appeals District in Tyler, Texas.
